It will be held in the front area of the Lyons production center near the concession.
What Can Be Donated?
You can donate any new or lightly used items. Such as horse tack, coolers, hand-crafted items, gift cards/certificates, sealed beverages and food, etc.
Inperson
The Silent Auction will be held in person and only in person. Photos of items collected in advance will be posted as advertisements, but will only be able to bid in person.
How can I donate?
Everyone is welcome to donate items. Please bring morning of.

Auction Rules
Please stay to collect your items you have placed the highest bid as of 4 pm. If you have left for whatever reason you will be contacted. If the item is not collected within a week it will be reused in next year's event. Please try your best to pay with cash. If not there will be an email to e-transfer too. PLEASE PRINT THE FORM AND FILL OUT YOUR ITEM INFO BEFORE ARRIVAL. There will be extras at the event.
